Abbott seeks a Global Strategy and Insights Director for the Cardiac Rhythm Management Global Marketing team in Austin, TX or Sylmar, CA. This role leads a global strategy and insights function, shaping growth, market understanding, and competitive intelligence across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years’ work experience.
• Five or more years of forecasting, planning, project management and team management experience.
• Demonstrated market intelligence knowledge, skills and techniques and sales forecasting experience.
• Experience with advanced forecasting techniques, such as regression analysis, cluster analysis, conjoint analysis and discrete choice modeling.
• Strong knowledge and capability in mathematics, statistics and computer skills related to modeling.
• Experience interfacing effectively both domestically and internationally.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; experience with senior management in a matrixed environment.

• Provide strategic leadership, planning, and direction to drive growth and profitability.
