Job summary

Amazon’s North American Customer Fulfillment Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to lead productivity reporting for our fulfillment centers in North America, including Nashville. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Strategy to drive efficiency and insights across a vast network and influence leadership decisions.

The role emphasizes data-driven forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, with extensive exposure to senior leadership and cross-organizational projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 6+ years identifying incomplete data and creating escalation plans.
• 6+ years delivering financial models, analysis, and recommendations with measurable impact.
• MBA or CPA.
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
• Experience with data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
• Experience forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Strategy Teams to drive optimization, efficiency, and insights across North America Customer Fulfillment.
• Oversee a vast network of fulfillment centers and coordinate initiatives spanning multiple organizations with senior leadership visibility.
• Influence business owners, support thoughtful decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly evolving environment.
• Collaborate with executives and various business units; communicate effectively and prioritize impactful projects.
