Job summary

Amazon’s NACF Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to lead productivity reporting for our fulfillment centers across North America, including Arlington, VA. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Analytics to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalable reporting processes.

The role demands hands-on financial modeling, data interpretation, and communication with senior leadership. MBA/CPA encouraged; SQL/ETL experience preferred; experience with large data tools like Cognos, Oracle, SAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of identifying data issues and implementing escalation plans.
• 6+ years of delivering forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis with actionable insights.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL and experience with large-scale data mining/reporting tools (e.g., Cognos, Oracle, SAP).
• Experience with financial systems and delivering insights that drive savings or improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Strategy to drive optimization and insights across North America Fulfillment.
• Lead productivity reporting initiatives and oversee a broad network of fulfillment centers.
