Finance Manager – Tax

$145,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversee U.S. and international tax compliance for 100+ entities, including credit-focused private equity and hedge funds.
• Plan and execute end-to-end tax compliance processes internally and lead relationships with external service providers.
• Prepare and review tax workpapers, including taxable income calculations for partnerships and corporations, complex partnership waterfall allocations, and tracking partner basis and capital accounts.
• Review federal and state tax returns and Schedules K‑1/K‑3 prepared by external tax service providers.
• Coordinate with tax authorities to resolve federal, state and local tax notices and audits.
• Supervise and develop junior tax associates.
