Qualifications

• CPA with 8+ years of U.S. tax experience.
• Significant private credit, private equity or alternative investment fund expertise.
• Strong knowledge of partnership and corporate fund structures.
• Experience spanning both fund compliance and transaction-related tax matters.
• Building infrastructure, solving complex problems and creating scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead tax adviser to the private credit business, supporting new investments, products and fund structures from inception
• Partner directly with portfolio managers, investment professionals, Legal and external counsel on deal-level structuring and execution
• Own tax compliance and reporting across partnerships, corporate vehicles, blockers, feeders and other complex investment structures
• Oversee Big Four firms and specialist advisers, challenging their work and driving quality, accountability and execution
• Build scalable tax processes and technology, improving data quality, automating workflows and reducing manual intervention
• Mentor junior team members and help shape the future tax organization

This is a rare first-in-seat opportunity: neither inheriting an established playbook, you will help create the tax framework supporting new funds, investments and operating structures as the platform scales.
