Job summary

On Location, a global leader in premium experiential hospitality, seeks a Finance Manager to support revenue and cost reporting for our Olympics business. The role reports to the Finance Director and requires strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

You will oversee venue hospitality reporting, assist with month-end close, and drive profitability for LA28 by collaborating with Product and Production leadership. Requires 3+ years FP&A experience and a finance/Accounting degree; CPA a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive finance or FP&A experience.
• Accounting or Finance degree required, CPA a plus.
• Strong analytical and technical accounting skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and reporting across venue hospitality programs
• Produce reports that summarize venue hospitality performance to be used in conjunction with recurring meetings with Product and Production leadership
• Support journal preparation and review for balance sheet and income statement adjustments throughout the business cycle
• Perform venue income statement variance analysis against budget, forecast and actuals
• Partner with the Product function to analyze and adapt current commercial offerings to market demands and sales performance to ensure maximum profitability
• Manage small team of analysts to deliver on business projects and objectives
• Assist with month, quarter, and year-end close requests
• Assist with the preparation/maintenance of key business processes and control
• Support the settlement of the LA28 Olympic Games
• Respond to various ad-hoc requests
