Job summary

Amazon’s NACF Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with IQ Finance, supporting the NA Quality team. You will own financial planning cycles, provide executive-ready analyses, and drive cost optimization across the NA Quality network.

You will build scalable models, lead cross-functional initiatives with NA Quality, AFT Finance, and NACF Central Finance, and ensure controls and SOX compliance while delivering data-driven insights for leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years applying financial KPIs to analyses.
• 6+ years building financial and operational reports.
• 6+ years creating automation and process improvements.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable results.
• 5+ years in multiple finance and accounting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial planning for NACF Quality (OP1/2 and quarterly guidance) with variance analysis.
• Own reporting for quality spend and performance, including dashboards and cost trend analysis.
• Partner with NA Quality, AFT Finance, and NACF Central Finance to optimize costs and align on priorities.
• Drive efficiency by automating standard work and improving forecast accuracy.
• Deliver scalable financial models to identify cost reduction opportunities and quantify impact.
• Leverage QuickSight/PowerBI/SQL to translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
