Job summary

Amazon’s NACF Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with IQ Finance for the NA Quality team. You will own financial planning cycles, build executive dashboards, and drive cost optimization across the network with scalable models and strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will leverage internal systems to translate insights into actionable recommendations and lead controllership and SOX compliance monitoring for network ICQA spend.

Qualifications

• 6+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
• 6+ years building financial and operational reports/data sets.
• 6+ years creating process improvements with automation.
• 6+ years in continuous improvement projects to scale controllership.
• 5+ years in multiple finance and accounting roles.
• 5+ years dissecting financial data to support strategy.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives driving financial performance.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial planning cycles for NACF Quality including MBR/QBR commentary and variance analysis.
• Own critical business reporting for quality spend and performance with executive dashboards.
• Partner with NA Quality, AFT Finance and NACF Central Finance to influence cost optimization.
• Develop scalable financial models and tooling to identify cost reduction opportunities.
