Job summary

Faraday Copper is seeking a strategic Finance Manager to lead the financial function for the Arizona project through Redhawk Copper. You will oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax, and internal controls, ensuring US GAAP compliance and reliable insights for leadership.

You will partner with operations, drive cost tracking, manage cash flow, support audits, and participate in ERP implementation as the project scales toward feasibility and construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting/finance experience in mining, resources, or industrial operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of project accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the project with operations teams.
• Monitor cash flow, treasury, and funding requirements.
• Maintain internal controls, accounting, procurement procedures, and financial systems.
• Manage project cost accounting across drilling, studies, environmental, permitting, and land activities.
