Meta Superintelligence Labs is seeking a Finance Manager to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the organization, collaborating with Research, Product, Engineering and Infrastructure. You will influence investment decisions, manage headcount and expenses, and develop long-range plans.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to navigate rapidly changing business models.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analytics.
• BA/BS in Business, Economics, Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting.
• Experience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leaders.
• Experience independently managing workstreams, maintaining accuracy in financial deliverables, and tracking detailed budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the Meta Superintelligence Labs organization.
• Create partnerships and own relationships with the Leadership Team and their cross-functional partners.
• Drive nuanced return on investment and impact frameworks across investment areas.

We're looking for a Finance Manager to support Meta Superintelligence Labs. This is a visible and integral role across the organization - directly supporting business leaders across Research, Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure. You will support decisions around nascent AI bets and resource allocation, expense and headcount management, and prioritization across a full range of planning, strategic decision making, and forecasting. This role requires strategic thinking, building connections and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action. You will be challenged to understand and contribute to rapidly changing business models, drive collaboration across teams, develop recommendations on strategic investment decisions, craft annual and long-range plans, and partner with product and business leaders to solve problems and achieve goals. Minimum Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analytics
• BA/BS in Business, Economics, Accounting or equivalent
• Experience across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting
• Experience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leaders
• Experience independently managing workstreams, maintaining accuracy in financial deliverables, and tracking detailed budgets and forecasts, and experience prioritizing competing workstreams based on impact, deadlines, and stakeholder needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Experience working at a leading technology, internet or high growth company
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Experience in data analytics, developing code, and/or forecasting (SQL, Python, R)
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Interest in data and technology and self-directing in highly ambiguous and strategic projects

$162,000/year to $229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
