Job summary

Meta is seeking a Director of Finance Infrastructure FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for a subset of its infrastructure, including servers, data centers, and network engineering. You will drive budgeting, modeling, and strategic recommendations while owning the P&L for a major infrastructure area with double-digit billions in capex and opex.

You will co-author executive presentations for the CFO, COO, CEO and Board, build strong partnerships with Finance and Infrastructure leaders,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
• 15+ years in finance leadership roles.
• Experience in infrastructure or cloud finance preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for a portion of Meta's Infrastructure (e.g., Server, Data Center, Network).
• Drive budgeting, financial modeling and strategic decision support for capital and operating expenses.
• Own the P&L and present to CFO, COO, CEO and Board on infrastructure investments.
• Build partnerships across Finance and Infrastructure to improve resource allocation and decision making.

The Infrastructure Finance team manages Meta's capital and operating expenses for Infrastructure which is one of the largest areas of investment at the company as we accelerate towards super intelligence. We focus on using our unique view into the numbers to identify trends and opportunities that are developing within Meta and within related industries. The team is seeking a driven and process driven Finance professional to help lead financial planning and analysis related to a sub-set of Data Centers, Server Hardware and Network Engineering & Optical Fiber capacity. This role partners with various other key leads in Finance and Infrastructure. It will challenge you to both understand and contribute to many facets of a rapidly growing business. You should have a bias toward action and know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.You will gain invaluable experience in a position that offers significant responsibility and opportunity to have a large impact within a growing Finance organization.
