Shriners Hospitals for Children is seeking a Manager, Financial Services to provide financial support for the SCMG West Region and ambulatory locations. The role emphasizes analytics, budgeting, and data-driven decision making to drive growth and financial performance.

You will lead budgeting, perform variance analysis, and collaborate with regional leadership to optimize revenue streams and control costs, partnering with Home Office and local teams to ensure efficient operations.

Formación

• 5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting/finance or healthcare/business administration or equivalent experience.
• Strong data analysis capabilities and ability to interpret complex data sets.

Responsabilidades

• Act as advisor to regional/local leadership to optimize revenue/collections and manage expenses.
• Develop, monitor and optimize budgets for resource allocation and efficiency.
• Support long-term strategic planning through trend analysis and performance metrics.
• Communicate guidance effectively to leadership in a matrixed organization.
• Oversee monthly general ledger closing and variance reporting for assigned areas.
• Oversee local revenue cycle charge capture processes in collaboration with local leaders and Home Office.
