Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting or finance experience in manufacturing.
• U.S. person under ITAR requirements.
• Knowledge of CASS (government cost accounting standards) and related government contracting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Profit Plan and Business Review presentations for senior management.
• Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, profit planning, and business reviews.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve standard cost accounting, inventory valuation, and fixed asset processes.
• Manage capital expenditure requests, payback analyses, and fixed asset controls.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, SOX, and internal controls.
• Provide financial support for government contracts (FAR/TINA).
• Partner with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
• Develop financial models and reporting tools for decision making.
• Lead finance process standardization and continuous improvement.
