Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Plant Finance Manager to lead the financial operations at a U.S. manufacturing site and partner with plant leadership to drive performance, cost discipline, and continuous improvement.

You will connect finance with operations, provide insights, and champion the transformation of finance processes at the plant level. The role requires strong accounting/finance background, experience in manufacturing cost structures, and the ability to manage CAPEX, working capital, budgeting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Five (5) years of accounting/finance experience.
• Master’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Two+ years of data analytics experience.
• Prior manager of people experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing environment and standard costing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Finance Transformation at the plant and partner with plant leadership.
• Provide financial insights to support operational decision-making and capital deployment.
• Drive CAPEX and working capital initiatives to improve productivity and cost control.
• Collaborate with operations to develop action plans and monitor implementation.
• Create financial models to assess scenarios affecting operations and profitability.
• Forecast, budget, and produce profit plans for the site.
