Job summary

Timpte Inc is seeking a Finance Manager in David City, NE to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and costing across multiple manufacturing operations and CSC locations. You will provide financial leadership and decision support to operations and executives through analysis of results and standards updates.

The role requires 5–7 years in Accounting or Finance, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
5–7 years of comparable accounting/finance experience.
CPA highly desirable.
Strong Excel financial modeling skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes across all business units and locations.
Develop financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools to support decision-making.
Provide timely and accurate financial analysis to leadership related to profitability, operational performance, labor, material, overhead, and manufacturing variances.
Manage costing activities to ensure accurate and consistent costing practices across all Timpte locations.
Monitor the accuracy of product standards on a regular basis to minimize manufacturing variances and update standards as required.
Lead the effort to ensure timely and accurate standard cost updates as part of the budget process.
