Job summary

Timpte is seeking a Finance Manager for our David City, NE facility. You will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and analytics across manufacturing operations and CSC locations, delivering insights to executives.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s in Accounting with 5–7 years in accounting/finance; CPA is a plus. Expect a competitive package with health benefits, PTO, 401(k) match, and flexible schedules, with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 5–7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• CPA highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting across all units and locations.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools for decision making.
• Provide timely and accurate financial analysis to leadership on profitability and variances.
• Manage costing to ensure standard costing consistency across locations.
• Monitor product standards to minimize cost variances and reflect changes in practices.
• Drive timely standard cost updates as part of the budget process.
