Job summary

CGL Consulting Co., Ltd in the USA is seeking a Finance Manager (Chinese Proficient) to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration within manufacturing operations, coordinating with headquarters on consolidated reporting and cross‑border accounting.

You will ensure US GAAP compliance, manage tax filings at federal and state levels, oversee treasury and working capital, and translate financial data into actionable insights for operations, sales, and production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing finance, with at least 3 years in a finance manager or supervisory role.
• USCPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS a plus; strong Excel modeling.
• Hands-on ERP experience (Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive insights.
• Mandarin (Chinese) fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and forecasts in line with US GAAP.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts; monitor variances.
• Analyze production costs and product profitability to drive efficiency.
• Ensure timely tax filings and liaise with auditors and tax advisors.
• Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital; manage treasury risks.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and production to translate data into strategic insights.
