Reporting directly to senior management, you will take ownership of the finance function, lead a small team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business.

Qualifications

• CIMA or equivalent qualification required.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or production environment preferred.
• Strong management accounting and financial control experience required.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts with variance analysis and commentary.
• Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, margins and performance.
• Develop financial reporting and KPI analysis.
• Support senior management with commercial decisions.
