Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5+ years finance experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L and cost analysis.
• Experience leading finance teams and cross-functional processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP, payroll, billing or financial reporting systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead core finance operations: AR, AP, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, reporting.
• Analyze P&L performance, risks, and variances; deliver actionable insights.
• Manage annual budgeting and bill rate processes; ensure cost recovery and profitability.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team; drive cross-training and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to strengthen controls and drive efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, compliance; communicate performance and risks to leadership.
