Siemens Energy seeks a Finance Manager to lead the finance function, ensuring accurate financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. You will oversee 8–10 staff and partner with leaders to drive sound financial decisions and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include AR/AP, payroll, annual budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost rate calculations, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Progressive finance experience with budgeting, forecasting, P&L and cost analysis, financial reporting, payroll, billing, and rate structures.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams and cross-functional processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead core finance operations: AR, AP, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and bill rate calculations.
• Analyze P&L performance, trends, risks, opportunities, and variances for leadership.
• Manage annual budgeting and cost recovery aligned with profitability goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team and cross-functional processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen controls, drive automation, and improve efficiency.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial activities with clear leadership communication.
