Siemens Government Technologies (SGT) is seeking a Manager, Performance Controlling to lead budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise‑level financial reporting. You will partner with senior leadership and Siemens divisions to drive analytics, data quality, and cost transparency.

The role focuses on developing digital controls, dashboards, and automated reporting while ensuring IFRS alignment and internal controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, internal controls, or related fields.
• Experience with Power BI and dashboard/report development.
• Ability to create high quality presentations for executive audiences.
• Detail oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare executive- and board-level presentations and financial analyses.
• Develop, maintain, and digitalize financial control and analytics processes and tools across business lines.
• Drive improvements to internal management reporting, including Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Coordinate and manage the detailed budget and forecast cycles, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
• Prepare risk and opportunity assessments and develop action plans for mitigation.
• Produce ad hoc analyses for executive leadership.
• Coordinate and lead monthly business line review meetings.
• Strengthen and monitor internal controls related to financial reporting, approvals, cost management, and compliance.
• Support cost controlling activities and assess cost transparency, trends, and drivers.
