Responsibilities

• Support System Laboratory Director and Senior Leadership with all aspects of Lab finance, including development of financial goals aligned with Norton Healthcare's strategic plan.
• Communicate Lab business financial health to Lab leadership.
• Prepare financial statements, perform reconciliations, and assist in budget preparation.
• Manage all daily financial activities and serve as liaison to Norton Healthcare Corporate Finance Department.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the Facility’s monthly financial statements.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide financial guidance related to hospital billing, reimbursement, and collections.
• Ensure proper recording of expenses and revenue.
• Review monthly billing for compliance with regulations.
• Prepare annual budgets for hospital laboratories and report to Senior Finance Leaders.
• Generate monthly financial reports for the hospital laboratory.

Qualifications

Required:

• Three years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Desired:

• Three years in healthcare accounting or finance.
• Master's Degree.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
