Key Note from Manager

Candidate will need to manage the POS lab.

Should have experience with POS systems, imaging, networking capabilities, Linux and Windows OS.

This role is more focused on networking / POS side.

Responsibilities include testing as required:

• Testing new coffeehouse software releases and fixes.
• Evaluating coffeehouse tech proof-of-concept projects such as NGPOS running on Linux OS.
• Analyzing and reproducing technology issues reported from stores.
• Providing a safe environment for technical support teams to conduct training.
• Supporting mobile device testing with dependencies on working Wi-Fi/SML capabilities.
• Supporting robust workflow, system integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing environments.
• Publishing and maintaining lab layout top view to identify store setup, purpose, and active users.
• Implementing an Asset / Inventory Management tool to ensure accurate, viewable inventory of hardware assets, track test store usage, and flag inactivity or availability.
