Job summary

Ciocca Automotive Careers in Kentucky is seeking an automotive finance manager to join our growing team. The role focuses on arranging financing for customers, structuring deals to maximize profitability, and ensuring timely funding of contracts.

We offer a draw plus commission range of $100,000–$130,000, full-time including some Saturdays, PTO and holidays, a 401(k) with company matching, comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing.
• Structure deals to maximize profitability.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals.
• Ensure deals comply with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Audit team deals post-sale and analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee expeditious funding of all contracts.

• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
