Job summary

Ciocca Automotive is seeking a motivated finance professional to join our growing team in New Jersey. You will help customers secure financing for new and used vehicles, structure deals for profitability, and coordinate with lenders to close transactions.

Responsibilities include desk decisions, ensuring compliance with regulations, mentoring sales staff, and delivering professional vehicle presentations. This full-time role offers a top-tier compensation package and 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred
• Previous dealership and management experience a plus
• Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
• Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals

What we offer:

• Pay is draw plus percentage. Yearly wage range $100,000-$130,000 per year.
• Full Time including some Saturdays.
