Job summary

Ciocca Automotive in the United States is seeking an energetic automotive finance manager to join our growing team. You’ll guide customers through financing options, desk deals, and lender submissions to close deals.

You’ll uphold compliance with laws, drive profitability, participate in Saturday scheduling, and enjoy a strong benefits package including 401(k), PTO, and insurance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.

• Pay is draw plus percentage: $100,000-$130,000 wage range
