Job summary

ECNS Global Consultants, PLLC is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, payroll, and project profitability. This in-office role reports to the Vice President of Engineering and supports growth with strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive accounting experience, lead month-end close, manage AP/AR, and ensure compliant financial practices while partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, financial management, or related field.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Experience overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and financial reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial and accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and other key financial indicators.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are properly recorded and classified.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring management attention.
• Provide executive leadership with financial reporting and analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure required financial reconciliations are completed.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and monitor performance against budgets.
• Monitor project financial performance and collaborate with project managers on variances.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration

CPA/CMA certification preferred
