The role emphasizes forecasting, process improvements, and cross‑functional collaboration. The position is based in Corvallis with a preference for onsite work; a hybrid arrangement may be considered for highly qualified candidates outside the immediate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• 4+ years of related work experience.
• Proven experience managing and developing a team.
• Understanding of key financial and accounting processes.
• Planful, Essbase, or equivalent forecasting software preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft D365 or similar ERP system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision‑making.
• Design financial forecasts to illuminate the impact of business decisions.
• Oversee AP/AR, revenue reporting, and general ledger activities.
• Implement internal controls and support audit readiness.
• Manage vendor invoices in D365 and maintain relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.
