Job summary

OptiTrack is seeking a Finance Manager in Corvallis, Oregon to lead the finance department and partner with leadership to drive financial insight and efficiency. You will mentor the accounting and finance team, oversee core functions, and implement process improvements to support growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting and 4+ years of related experience, with preference for Planful, Essbase, and D365 proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting required
• 4+ years of related work experience in finance
• Proven experience managing and developing a team
• Experience with forecasting software (Planful, Essbase) and ERP systems (D365) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the finance department to support business objectives.
• Mentor and develop the accounting and finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and team productivity.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Design and communicate financial forecasts to show the impact of decisions.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure internal controls and audit readiness across the organization.
