The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing accounting, CPA or MBA preferred, and JD Edwards/MRP experience. Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in financial and manufacturing accounting.
• Cost accounting experience required.
• Experience in a process-focused organization (80/20, Lean, BIS).
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX, and manufacturing/financial reporting.
• MRP experience with JD Edwards preferred.
• MS Office proficiency including Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the finance team and provide leadership to management.
• Direct closing, forecasting, planning, and reporting processes.
• Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal controls.
• Perform financial analyses and provide action-oriented insights.
• Support capital investments and pricing decisions.
