Job summary

ITP (International Talent Partnership) in Phoenix, AZ seeks a hands-on finance leader to own the finance function across multi-site manufacturing and distribution. This is a strategic, pragmatic role focused on building robust processes, controls and reporting to support growth and future acquisitions.

You will report to the CEO, develop the finance team, implement scalable platforms, and improve inventory costing, working capital and financial visibility in a private equity-backed environment.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and controllership background with attention to detail.
• Experience in multi-site manufacturing, industrial or distribution environments.
• Track record of improving financial processes, controls or professionalising a finance function.

Responsibilities

• Establish robust monthly close, reporting and reconciliation processes across the business.
• Strengthen financial controls, inventory accounting, manufacturing costing and working capital management.
• Improve consistency and quality of financial information across locations.
• Drive standardisation across finance teams, systems and processes.
• Lead development of the finance function and build capability within the team.
• Support operational decision-making with better financial visibility and accountability.
• Prepare the business for future acquisitions and platform growth.
