Job summary

Complyance is seeking a Finance Manager to build, scale and oversee the Finance and Ops function. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, you will manage the finance function while improving systems, processes, and reporting to enable growth.

The role covers close, cash management, AR/AP, and real-time FP&A with AI-driven automation. You will help shape a finance infrastructure in a fast-moving, hybrid environment and collaborate with non-finance colleagues across a growing B2B SaaS

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification would be helpful, but strong practical experience will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial processes under US GAAP/IFRS applicable.
• International exposure including US taxes and global payroll requirements.
• Experience at a B2B SaaS finance function.
• Able to thrive in ambiguity in a fast-moving environment where the script is still being written.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process from start to finish, producing clean, accurate reporting for leadership across multiple entities.
• Own FinOps end-to-end - accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management - at scale as we grow internationally.
• Build out the FP&A reporting layer with real-time performance insights and leverage AI to automate processes.

The Role

We're looking for a Finance Manager to help build, scale and oversee the Finance and Ops function. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and Operations, you will manage the finance function whilst developing and improving the systems, processes, and reporting that enable the company to grow.

In this role you will:

• Own the month-end close process from start to finish, producing clean, accurate reporting that the leadership team can act on, across multiple entities
• Own FinOps end-to-end - accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management - running reliably at pace as we scale internationally
• Build out the FP&A reporting layer that gives leadership a real-time picture of performance - and use AI to automate the end to end process

About you

• An qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA would be helpful, but strong practical experience will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial processes under FRS102
• International exposure including US taxes and global payroll requirements
• Experience at a B2B SaaS finance function
• Have genuine enthusiasm and a hunger to learn and think outside the box
• Are comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment where the script is still being written
• You enjoy building finance infrastructure not just owning it in its ready state
• Strong ownership of core finance outputs, including P&L, cash flow, forecasting, reconciliations and reporting
• Strong spreadsheet and financial modelling skills, with the ability to turn numbers into clear insight
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work confidently with non-finance colleagues
• Experience with Xero, Dext, Revolut, spend management tools, automated workflows or AI-powered finance tools would be helpful, but not essential
