Job summary

Anaplan is seeking a Finance Manager for the Global Technology & Product Organization. You will partner with technology leadership to build financial plans, forecast cloud and data center hosting costs, and report to senior leadership on spending drivers and trends.

You will drive ROI analyses, support long-range planning, and collaborate with FinOps and engineering to optimize costs and resource allocation. Strong Excel, Anaplan, and SaaS finance experience are required.

Qualifications

Experience in FP&A, accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze complex business scenarios by building and improving financial models.
Experience with Anaplan or similar financial tools.
Experience with SaaS/Cloud Computing business models and financial concepts (e.g., FinOps, cloud cost management) is strongly preferred.
MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Cloud & Data Center Financial Management: manage and forecast multi-cloud and data center hosting costs; variance analysis and reporting.
Business and Finance Partnership: provide leadership to business and finance teams on financial management and prioritization.
Long-Range Planning: conduct ROI analyses and contribute to long-range financial planning.
Process Improvement: improve forecasting, reporting and financial analysis using Anaplan.
Decision Support: communicate recommendations and scenario analyses to finance and business leaders; maximize engineering investments.
Financial Analysis: monitor trends and headcount and vendor investments against planning assumptions.
