Amazon Business Finance is hiring a Finance Manager to support the WW Small Business team. You will partner with business leaders to drive growth, provide timely analysis, and deliver financial leadership.

Expect to build scalable reporting and forecasting frameworks for high-growth segments. You will work closely with partners and senior leaders to deliver insights, influence strategic decisions, and build structure that scales with the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 7+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.
• 7+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Finance Business Partner to the Small Business customer segment. Partner with key stakeholders across the US, EU and JP.
• Solve complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, business insights, and recommendations that deliver results and drive improvements.
• Own customer acquisition and engagement mechanisms within WW Small Business Finance.
• Influence business decisions with data-driven analysis, modeling, and clear presentation of options.
