Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Finance Manager to support the Startup Sales organizations. The role provides leadership and strategic support including project analyses, metrics development and reporting, and planning and forecasting.

You will influence senior leaders through clear financial analysis and presentation of alternatives. You will build analytics and tools to address business opportunities, set strategy and prioritize work, and operate with autonomy while supporting executives

Qualifications

5+ years in tax, finance or related analytical field.
5+ years in multiple finance and accounting roles.
6+ years in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.
6+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
6+ years building financial and operational reports/datasets.
6+ years creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
6+ years in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or 5+ years of quantitative role experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders at multiple levels to lead solutions.
Drive business reviews and build mechanisms for accountability and high standards.
Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, balance business needs with constraints.
Foster proactive communication across organizational boundaries.
Drive teamwork, communication and commitment across groups with competing priorities.
