Qualifications

• 3+ years in tax, finance or related analytical field.
• 4+ years automating processes and building analyses.
• 3+ years analyzing financial data to support strategy.
• 3+ years cross-functional initiatives delivering financial impact.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KPIs and analytics dashboards for WWSO Core leadership.
• Design and implement advanced financial models and analytical tools.
• Create scalable business mechanisms for data-driven decisions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and present findings to senior leaders.
• Lead the annual financial planning and budgeting.
• Support WBR/MBR and build metric frameworks for Geo Specialist coverage.
• Analyze pipeline and productivity metrics to drive investments.
