Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager for World Wide Returns & Re-commerce in NY to partner with business, tech, and finance teams. You will define roadmaps, build robust financial models, and provide guidance to leaders up to the SVP level, with a focus on reducing costs and improving returns operations.

You will analyze data, develop reports, and influence business decisions that impact customer experiences and company performance. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and analyses to deliver results and influence leaders.
• Use SQL and Excel to work with large data sets and produce plans, forecasts, budgets, and consolidations.
• Manage roadmap for product and prioritize feature development based on impact.
• Create partnerships, balance priorities, and provide data-driven guidance during events.
• Communicate data clearly to diverse audiences and tailor styling as needed.
• Develop reports from quantitative data to support cost reductions.
• Participate in hiring, mentoring, and growing peers.
