Amazon’s Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce team seeks a Finance Manager to partner with business, tech, and finance teams, define roadmaps, and provide guidance and reporting. You will influence senior leadership and own a product aligned to an S-Team goal reviewed with the CEO quarterly.

You will build scalable, error-free finance tools, drive cost reductions, and contribute to operations excellence with strong Excel, SQL, and advanced modeling capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of leading cross‑functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience.
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
• Use SQL, financial systems and advanced MS Excel functions to work with large data sets.
• Manage roadmap for product and prioritizes feature development based on impact.
• Create effective business partnerships, manage competing priorities, and provide guidance based on data analysis.
• Communicate data clearly to various audiences.
