The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is seeking a Finance Manager within the Global Policy & Advocacy Division in Seattle. You will provide financial analysis, planning, and risk assessment to support grant-making and program strategies across multiple stakeholders.

You will partner with FP&A colleagues and program teams to translate strategy into budgets, forecasts, and scenarios, while evaluating grantee financial viability and driving data-informed decision-making.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of financial planning experience.
• Experience in international development, policy, advocacy, or communications preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and grant-structuring skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial analysis and business advice to program teams and drive analyses with FP&A colleagues.
• Lead complex analyses for budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Support annual budgeting and mid-to-long-range forecasts (4-year budgets).
• Assess grant structures and the financial health of partner organizations.
