This fully remote role supports leadership with accurate financial insights and oversees day-to-day accounting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience managing finance operations and budgets of at least $1 million.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP for nonprofit 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities.
• Excellent spreadsheet, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day accounting, cash management, and financial system maintenance.
• Prepare quarterly reconciliations and budget-versus-actual reporting.
• Coordinate payroll and expense compliance with internal teams.

• Maintain financial stability and strengthen internal accounting processes across the organization.
• Oversee accounting operations, cash flow, accounts payable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Support leadership with accurate, actionable insights in a fully remote role.

• Annual salary of $88,000 to $102,500.
