Job summary

Angi is seeking a Finance Manager to join the finance team, focusing on driving financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and robust financial modelling. This role requires partnering with business leaders to analyze data, build models, and deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

You will manage P&L for specific lines, lead annual budgets, and provide detailed reporting on trends, cost control, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years FP&A experience, ideally in tech or scaling environments.
• Proficient in financial analysis and modelling; able to build complex models from scratch.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and generate actionable projections.
• Go-getter attitude with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication with senior leadership.
• Experience with PBCS or Essbase; knowledge of NetSuite/SQL/Looker is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage P&L for assigned business lines, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting with department heads, aligning with strategic goals.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting across units, highlighting trends and efficiency.
• Perform variance analysis and offer recommendations to leadership.
• Support long-term strategic planning through financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and drive cross-functional cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial performance with business goals.
• Develop and maintain KPIs; present findings to senior leaders.
