Amazon's NA Ops FCAP Finance Team seeks a Finance Manager to lead FP&A for Capacity/Initiatives investments, partnering with L8s/L10s and building rolling 3-year financial models. This role emphasizes strong communication, deep analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast paced environment.
You will drive planning cycles, variances analysis, automation and cross‑functional projects with finance, engineering and tech to deliver reliable insights that inform strategic decisions across
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related analytics field.
- 5+ years of tax, finance or analytics experience.
- Experience leading finance process improvements and automation.
- Strong forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis skills.
- Proficiency with SQL, Cognos, and large data sets.
