Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and business analysis.
• Experience creating executive presentations, board materials, KPI dashboards, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple operating companies.
• Build and maintain complex financial models, scenario analyses, and forecasting tools.
• Partner with leadership to analyze revenue growth, expenses, profitability, and capital allocation.
• Prepare executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and board presentations.
• Deliver actionable insights to drive performance and strategic initiatives.
• Support corporate development, M&A analysis, and business case development.
• Translate financial data into clear recommendations for executives.
