Job summary

Continuum Solutions is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst in Houston to support its Financial Operations team. This entry-level role offers exposure to accounting, FP&A, forecasting, and reporting within a fast-growing, PE-backed environment.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams on month-end close, budgeting, and cost analysis while building financial models and dashboards to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics.
• 1+ year of accounting or FP&A experience (relevant experience/education may substitute year-for-year).
• Working knowledge of GAAP, advanced Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working independently under general guidance.
• CPA/CFA, or telecom/ISP/fiber industry experience, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close: journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Assist with AP, AR, and treasury functions.
• Help build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and capital projects.
• Partner with Operations and Construction teams to analyze build-cost and unit economics.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports and dashboards (NetSuite and other tools).
• Support audits, PE sponsor reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
