Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience in banking, finance, or tech.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; translate data into insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and PowerPoint communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver timely results.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in a regulated environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across teams.
• Active interest in applying AI to improve modeling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance management for assigned lines of business.
• Build and maintain long-range financial models for planning and strategy discussions.
• Provide ad hoc analyses of growth, profitability, and efficiency; present recommendations.
• Deliver timely variance analysis, month-end close, and quarter-end reporting.
• Support quarterly Board meetings, earnings releases, and regulatory examinations.
• Contribute to due diligence for M&A and strategic partnerships.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand drivers and inform decisions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting; explore AI-enabled improvements.
