Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the FP&A space for NA Ops FCAP and manage capacity/initInvestments. You will craft bottoms‑up rolling 3‑year financial models, partner with leaders, and drive planning, forecasting and cost optimization in a fast‑paced environment.

The role demands exceptional communication, deep analysis, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable business decisions across finance and operations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years in tax, finance or related analytics.
Experience building financial/operational reports for decision making.
Forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis shown in past roles.

Responsibilities

Lead planning cycles for a multi-billion dollar business.
Dig into variances vs. plan to identify efficiency opportunities.
Lead cross-functional projects with finance, engineering and tech teams.
Develop strategic plans to improve processes, tools and analytics.
Leverage metrics to identify cost-out opportunities and align financials.
Identify risks, assess impact, propose changes and remediate gaps.
Drive automation across planning, forecasting and goal management.
