Job summary

Factory6 is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to architect the company’s financial planning infrastructure from the ground up in Lindon, UT. This autonomous leader will partner with the executive team to drive budgeting, COGS management, and revenue targets.

The role requires 5+ years in FP&A within manufacturing, strong Excel/Sheets skills, ERP experience, and the ability to implement scalable financial processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets with integrated financial statements and modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software.
• Autonomy to architect departments with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own the Annual Operating Plan, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Lead department budgeting aligned with growth and profitability goals.
• Maintain master FP&A calendar and monthly closes with boards.
• Develop planning templates and consistent financial definitions.
• Build and maintain integrated financial models (IS/BS/CF).
• Analyze working capital, liquidity, and COGS variances.
