Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Corporate Accounting and Finance team in Denver, CO (or Logan, UT). The role concentrates on fixed assets and FP&A, guiding budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting as the company scales.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in accounting/finance, GAAP expertise, and a manufacturing background. CPA is a plus; Acumatica experience is highly preferred. Relocation options may be available and MST-timezone availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration; CPA a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience including fixed assets & FP&A.
• GAAP knowledge including capitalized construction interest.
• Budgeting/forecasting experience with authoritative financial planning.
• Manufacturing industry background; experience with hedging accounting helpful.

Responsibilities

• Fixed Asset Accounting: manage depreciation and asset tracking; audit-ready records.
• GAAP treatment of capitalized construction interest and asset costs.
• Support facility build-out tracking and lease-back arrangements.
• Own budgeting and forecasting; produce clear, actionable reports.
• Assist ERP transition and streamline fixed assets & FP&A processes.
