Job summary

ADP is seeking a Finance Manager – FP&A to lead executive reporting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis. You will partner with Finance leadership to deliver insights that inform senior leadership decisions, build scalable models, and support enterprise planning and automation initiatives.

You will translate complex results into clear business narratives, collaborate across functions, and help drive financial transformation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally 6-10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A or related analytical discipline.
• Experience creating executive level presentations to communicate the story behind the numbers.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, analysis, and executive communications.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and delivery of executive reporting including CEO/CFO dashboards and leadership materials.
• Develop quarterly Investor Relations earnings support materials with clear financial messaging.
• Coordinate planning, forecasting, and reporting across business units and corporate functions.
• Lead enterprise FP&A consolidations and timely reporting.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models and analytical tools.
• Identify risks and opportunities and communicate them to Finance leadership.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives to improve recurring reporting and analytics.
