Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of financial management experience, preferably in retail.
• GAAP knowledge and financial reporting proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for senior management.
• Monitor costs and identify profitability improvements.
• Partner with department heads to develop financial models for new initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a finance team; drive continuous improvement.
